Meet Rebecca
I’m Rebecca, a Registered Nutritional Therapist with a diploma in Nutritional Therapy and further training in Digestive Health and Stress Resilience. My mission is simple: To help you make food and lifestyle choices that fit into real life, so you can feel more energised, improve your digestion and feel your best without overwhelm.
My passion for this work comes from lived experience. Growing up, I struggled with digestive issues that were triggered by stress and poor diet. It took me years of trial and error to find the right answers. I know how confusing it can be when GP advice only leads to long wait times or medication, while online searches leave you more lost than before. What made the biggest difference for me was finally understanding how my food and lifestyle habits were impacting my health and learning how to make changes that were realistic and sustainable.
I’m a mum to two young children, so I truly understand how priorities shift and how limited time can feel when you’re balancing family, work and your own wellbeing. That’s why my approach is practical and flexible. I believe living a balanced life shouldn’t feel restrictive, complicated or expensive, it should feel doable.
My goal is to equip you with knowledge that empowers you to listen to your body, create positive habits, and make confident choices. Life will always bring change, but with the right tools and support, you can feel energised, resilient, and in control of your health.
